This will be a fun workshop giving an opportunity to learn a variety of techniques. During the day you will learn how to measure a window, what to consider during planning and how to calculate how much fabric you would need. How to deal with patterned fabrics also how to mitre a corner. This course is suitable for anyone who has an interest in soft furnishings or who would just like to have a go at something different. It is suitable for complete beginners and you will be guided step by step through the project. During each session you will be given instruction and observed as you work. You will be able to ask as many questions as you would like and you may take notes as you go. You will have an opportunity to watch demonstrations throughout the day.
