Then this is the course for you.Join us for the day at the New Forest Cookery School in the Heart of the New Forest - whether you are an interested amateur or keen on home baking, let us help you prepare and bake a range of goodies such as white chocolate and walnut cookies and almond Tuilles, and learn about working with puff pastry, sweet pastry & cake.Afternoon tea and your cakes will never be the same again. Join our Pastry Chef Allan Collier to enjoy the demonstrations, and make a range of Patisserie and cakes to savour with friends or family. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our chefs in the New Forest Cookery School Green Room, with tea and coffee being served. After a short introduction you will go on to commence your course in our professional kitchens.
