Intermediate BA apprentices may work in roles such as administrators, office juniors or receptionists.The course includes the Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration, which covers both knowledge and competence units, Transferable skills, English, Mathematics and ICT, alongside the Employee Rights and Responsibilities component. All 6 Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) must be achieved and evidenced by the apprentice as part of the framework requirements.
