In order to aid holistic delivery and assessment there are structured units around the following four themes: - Theme 1: Health and well-being - Theme 2: Legislation, frameworks and professional practice - Theme 3: Play, development and learning for school readiness - Theme 4: Professional development The units cover children and young peoples development the requirements of safeguarding a longitudinal study on a child and the importance of equality diversity and inclusion.
