In the first year you will study two themes. The first is all about Marketing and People. You will learn all about different markets, managing people and entrepreneurs and leaders amongst other topics. In Theme two you will learn how to manage all aspects of a business, including staff, marketing and raising and managing finance, You will use real life examples and cases throughout your studies. There will also be opportunities to visit real business in the region and is closely linked with Enterprise. In the second year two more Themes are studied. Theme three is all about how businesses plan for success in all aspects of their operations. You will look in detail at marketing, human resource and financial strategies for success. You will be using real life examples of excellent business organisations to bring your studies to life. In Theme four you will focus on Global Business, for example global markets and business expansion, global marketing and global industries and companies.
