Yoga for wellbeing

A fun and social course for adults with learning disabilities. Learn simple, safe and effective movements to make you feel more relaxed, ease out tired joints and gently improve mobility. Learn some relaxation techniques, simple guided meditations, postures to stretch out muscles and any aches and pains and learn some gentle movements to improve mobility. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water/refreshment with you each week. It is not possible to enrol on-line for this course.
