The aims of this session are to: - To introduce the benefits of immediate and long term physical activity for fitness and health. - To help learners towards a healthier lifestyle for physical, social and mental well being. - To build confidence and improve functional movement such as agility, balance, co-ordination, posture, power, reaction time and muscular endurance. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement. Please bring along a notebook and pen or pencil
