Travel & Tourism, Level 3

You will learn the theory and practice of dealing with customers, selling goods and services and marketing travel and tourism. The course is designed to be as practical as possible so that you will enjoy a wide range of experiences to help you understand the content of the units. Assignments are marked internally and are based on practical, real life issues within the industry. There are four compulsory units including investigating the travel and tourism sector, business of travel and tourism, the UK at a destination and customer service in travel and tourism. Additional specialist units may include marketing travel and tourism products and services, preparing for employment in travel and tourism, European destinations, long-haul travel destinations and retail travel operations.
