Spring cookery

A fun and social course for adults with learning disabilities. A basic practical cookery course covering meal planning, healthy eating, kitchen safety and food hygiene. Learn how to make savoury dishes, breads, soups, curries, cakes and cookies using seasonal products. You will be given a list of ingredients each week to buy for the following week`s class. Please bring an apron, tea towel, dish cloth and suitable container for taking food home with you each week. It is not possible to enrol on-line for this course.
