The course will cover the basic principles and methods of Chinese Tui Na massage and provide the opportunity to explore some of the applications as well as practise the techniques. To provide the opportunity to learn some Qi Gong (breath and movement) exercises; used throughout China and practised on a regular basis to maintain and improve health. Please wear loose and comfortable clothes and soft soled and flexible shoes. Bring along a mat or thick towel to lie on (optional as a chair can be used instead). As this is a 1 day workshop please remember to bring along a packed lunch and bottled water.
