Learn about the preparation and cooking of ingredients required to make more complex and authentic Malaysian dishes. Please bring:- a good non-stick wok and 2 flat wooden ladles, a medium/small non-stick saucepan for cooking the rice, your own kitchen `meat` knife, a clean apron, clean tea towels and paper towels /kitchen foil / cling film. You will also need to bring containers to take home your cooked hot food. An ingredients list will be available prior to the start of the course.
