Sugar Flowers - introduction

Learn the basic techniques needed to make sugar flowers. The course will cover how to handle the paste, the equipment needed, how to make pulled flowers and roses and how to combine sugar flowers into a spray. For the session please bring an apron, a small plastic container, a small thin bladed knife, a small artist style paintbrush, any sugar flower equipment you have and an initial GBP6 to cover materials used during the session. We will discuss the basic sugar flower making equipment you may wish to think about purchasing to make sugar flowers more regularly at home.
