Our programme provides learners in the food and drink industry with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to lead their teams to deliver continuous improvement. There are three key components to our delivery approach as follows. Training workshops ensure learners can lead teams to: Understand why working to reduce waste is important for them and their employer Identify and reduce waste (lean tools and techniques) Implement solutions that reduce waste Delivery of improvement projects ensuring that what is learnt is applied and established as a new way working Coaching to competence ensures learners are supported throughout the programme and are confident to lead their teams in continuous improvement activities.
