Enjoy the real benefits of Pilates from a seated position. This course is designed for those who are starting an exercise program for the first time and who wish to learn in order to help stay fit. For those interested in easing some of the symptoms of chronic illnesses such as osteoporosis and arthritis. It is for people who think a traditional Pilates mat class is too difficult. For those learners who have suffered a minor injury and cannot do a normal fitness workout, but want to stay conditioned.
