B07C06F: The aim of this course is to learn how to create Chinese meals with mouth-watering recipes which are easy to cook, healthy and fairly low cost. This course is designed to promote safe and sustainable practices for you and others. It is aimed at people with some basic cooking knowledge who wish to refresh their skills and acquire some new ones whilst learning lots of new recipes from China. You will be using a variety of spices and lots of fresh vegetables. You will be able to work reasonably at your own pace. You should have enthusiasm and keen interest in cookery.
