A traineeship is a college course for young people 19-24 which is designed to improve your skills and help you get ready to move onto further training, an apprenticeship or employment .Doing a traineeship won't affect any benefits you receive and its won't cost you anything to do the course. To start with we will assess your skills and plan the best programme for you to meet your own needs and interests.
