This short course offers further steps for development to parents with young children. Parents are encouraged to identify barriers to further learning oremployment and ways to overcome them. Confidence building exercises are used to identify strengths and skills gained through life experience, and to build awareness of their value. Parents research possible next steps and childcare solutions and devise a simple action plan.
