Learn how to construct a range of balloon decorations for celebrations and events such as weddings and parties- to include a table topiary design, a simple spray incorporating fantasy flowers and a table arrangement. The course will cover the use of air filled latex balloons, sizing, inflation and knotting techniques. Learn about Health and Safety, commercial awareness and design costing, and knowledge of design theory to enhance your designs.
