On this course you will learn about shopping for a healthy life style, selecting and using a variety of cooking equipment and planning and preparing a meal for a small group of people. A wide and varied range of sweet and savoury dishes will be taught, including a range of skills. Nutrition and food hygiene will be an important part of the course.
