Participants will gain the supporting knowledge and skills necessary for working as senior carers and team leaders in the care sector with children and young people. After completing this course, they will progress to Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care - Children and Young People and Managers in Residential Childcare NVQ Level 4.
