Classroom materials are usually provided by the College; you will have to buy your own stationery, and perhaps a pen drive. We may also recommend a textbook. You will have to pay the costs for any optional awards which you may take, for example Fitness Leaders Awards in Circuits, Resistance Training and Exercise to Music; Football Coaching Awards. All sports students at New College are encouraged to wear their own appropriate sports kit for practical sessions in the college colours (Royal Blue/Navy Blue), or to buy a Tshirt embroidered with the New College logo - approx £12£20 for each shirt. We believe that this helps you to feel part of your course and also identifies you when you work with groups such as primary school children or fitness testing clients, or if you go out on work experience, giving you a professional appearance.
