This hands-on, practical and applied management course with a contemporary focus. Is taught with a real-world approach and in a highly supportive and welcoming environment by tutors who have real business/management/consultancy experience. This course provides students with the theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Business and Management. The course has a strong vocational emphasis focusing on training students for a career in Business or progression/career opportunities to degree level. With an industry focused curriculum and an understanding of the importance of work placements will help you to learn industry relevant skills and be well prepared to take on a range of roles after graduation. The college has a strong enterprise culture and supports students to develop their entrepreneurial skills through competitions both locally and nationally. The HND will be broken down into four semesters with four units delivered per semester. All units will require a significant amount of private study designed to develop both your technical and communication skills. Each unit will require the submission of an assignment based on the semester's content. Your assignment will be graded with a pass, merit or distinction with all units counting towards your final HND.
