Who is the course for? Students who are interested in studying the media industry, analysing and producing media products. What can it lead to? A2 Media, practical or theoretical media studies courses at university and careers which may include film, television, advertising or new media industries What will I study? For the exam, students will learn how to analyse television drama in relation to representation issues, and develop a case study related to a particular media industry (eg film or music). You will also produce a continuity exercise and a thriller film opening title sequence for your coursework unit alongside a blog.
