The CACHE Level 3 Award in Childcare and Education (VRQ) prepares learners to progress to the CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Childcare and Education (VRQ) and then on to the CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator) (VRQ) which enables them to gain the knowledge and experience which will allow them to work with children from birth to 5 years.In order to achieve the CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator) (VRQ) learners must complete 15 mandatory units. Learners will need to be working, volunteering or on a practical placement as an important part of the assessment process involves evaluating skills in real working situations. CACHE recommends 750 hours across the age ranges. As part of your study programme you will also be required to study English and maths at appropriate levels.
