The course is intended for those who wish to learn more about the process of art therapy and its applications. It is anticipated that entrants to the course will fall into one or more of the following categories: Those considering professional training as an art therapist Those currently employed in a capacity/role in which art process is employed within their professional role eg. teachers, social workers, nurses, prison officers, probation officers, play group leaders etc. Practising artists who would like to explore new ways of working creatively. While the learning process will be experiential in nature the course will not provide a personal therapeutic experience.
