Course code for reference LS6UWVL3002 Participants will be able to practice and experience a range of Tai Chi movements and use this knowledge to further develop their interest on completion of the course. Tai Chi is a long established form of exercise for health and well being originating in China and now established world-wide. Movements will be based on Yang style and are gentle and suitable for all ages. Loose clothing and light footwear is advisable. Prospective participants with mobility or health concerns are advised to consult their GP before undertaking this activity.
