This course aims to give participants practical tools to improve their emotional wellbeing, build their confidence and lift low self-esteem. Using a Cognitive Behavioural approach it teaches a coherent theory by which students can understand human experiences of psychological distress and dysfunction and apply this to their own lives - particularly in the area of relationships, assertiveness and impulse control. Let's Talk courses are funded in 2 parts. Please ensure learnesr are enrolled onto course code RZEWGG/15-S01 also.
