What will I do on the course? This course is an ideal first step towards a career in carpentry and joinery. You will learn and practise a range of skills in wood occupations, whilst also developing skills which will prepare you for entering employment in a construction or a furniture related craft. You will study: - first fixing before plasterwork, - basic joints, - carcassing floors and roofs, - using portable power tools
