While studying ACCA Corporate & Business Law (F4), you will investigate the law as it relates to business, in particular the law of contract, tort and employment, the formation, management and regulation of companies, including the legal implications relating to those companies in difficulty, and an overview of governance and ethics. ACCA will provide you with skills and knowledge relevant to any business, which means you are free to choose which type of accountancy role and organisation you want to work for.
