As life becomes busier we are all trying to achieve more than ever and our time is becoming ever more pressured. Learning how to concentrate your energy on the high payoff tasks, can help you to achieve the greatest benefit possible with the limited amount of time available. We all have just 24 hours in every day, but this course will help you to ensure you fill it in the most worthwhile way, whilst still being happy and healthy. This course has been designed to give supervisors and managers some simple but effective tools to help them.
