Is this the right course for me? This course will suit someone who is a proficient cook and comfortable working in the kitchen and ideal for someone who wants to explore new tastes and flavours. What will I learn? You will learn about; different and unusual vegetables, exciting new flavours from different parts of the world; cooking and tasting a new recipe each week and different cultures and their food, from Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australia and Europe. How will I learn? There will be demonstrations and step-by-step instructions by the tutor with lots of hands-on practical cooking experience. Through tasting delicious dishes.
