UPDATED 20161125 15:17:51

The study of Geography stimulates an interest in, and a sense of wonder about places. It helps us make sense of a complex and dynamically changing world. Geography explains how places and landscapes are formed, how people and their environments interact and how a diverse range of economies, societies and environments are interconnected. Students will develop the use and application of a variety of geographical skills such as basic investigative, cartographic, graphical, applied ICT and statistical skills. Students are required to complete four days of fieldwork throughout the A-level course in relation to both physical and human geography subject matter.
