Students studying towards A level Mathematics will have to complete 3 examinations at the end of year 13, which will cover the topics studied across Years 12 and 13. This will consist of two papers covering Pure Mathematics and a third one covering application of Mechanics and Statistics. Pure Mathematics covers range of topics from algebra, geometry through vectors to numerical methods. Mechanics and statistics covers probability, statistical enquiries, kinematics, forces and moments.
