History

UPDATED 20161007 11:22:52

History is a fascinating subject which invites you to attempt to understand, evaluate and analyse the past. At this stage, you will never just be asked to recount what happened but to critically think about the material and to formulate your own assessments. History is appropriate for students who have a natural interest in the world around them and a desire to enrich their understanding of where we are now. If reading, acquiring knowledge about societies in the past, discussion, developing ideas, arguments, and analytical writing appeal to you, then you will almost certainly love studying History.
