UPDATED 20161020 15:04:15

Chemistry allows you to study and explore the world around you. If you are interested in problem solving, using logic and maths, and studying trends and patterns, chemistry is for you. You will find out the truth about the particles that make up atoms and build your knowledge of fuels and chemicals that we use every day. You will also find out how TNT is made and how drugs cheats are caught. It is a very practical subject and you will learn techniques that are a real asset for work in university or ‘real-life’ laboratories.
