The course is designed to encourage a broad approach to art, which will allow you to develop a sound grounding, exploring the subject in depth. You will learn to express your opinions, observations and ideas using visual language. It is designed to build upon the skills, knowledge and understanding acquired at GCSE. All candidates should be prepared to work hard at developing their abilities and expect to use personal study time to complete work to meet the set deadlines. You will learn to work independently and will develop skills of problem-solving.
