A detailed and varied insight into the sports industry. The course will give you a broad overview of the different aspects of Sport. Students will study 4 core units and 3 additional units. Core units: •Anatomy and Physiology •Physiology of Fitness •Assessing Risk •Fitness Testing for Sport and Exercise 3 additional units will be selected to suit the students on the course and the expertise of the staff, these may be any 3 from the following: •Fitness Training Programming •Sports Coaching •Practical Individual or Team Sport •Outdoor and Adventurous Activities •Sports Nutrition •Sports Leadership •Sports Injuries •Work Experience in Sport •Instructing Physical Activity and Exercise
