This course combines critical analysis of a range of media forms including TV, film, magazines, websites and video games with written research skills and creative practical productions. Unit one is the practical element and it focuses on you as producers and requires you to research, plan and create an entirely new music magazine. Unit two is the examined unit. You will be required to investigate key concepts that are at the core of media studies. You will enhance your analytical skills and explore a variety of texts.
