Gain an insight into how complementary therapies can alleviate stress and promote relaxation and healing through touch. Learn the basic techniques of massage, aromatherapy and reflexology and how you can develop these skills to progress to professional level. This course is specifically designed for those wishing to progress to the Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies (January 2017) if you have a general interest you may find one of our introductory courses or workshops more beneficial.
