The course is aimed at students who are already working in the housing sector and considering a career progression. It is a vocational qualification for the housing sector and aims to provide housing professionals working in a front line capacity with a detailed understanding of a specialist area of housing practice or a generic qualification in housing. The specific pathways offered are: Resident and Service Users Involvement; Caretaking and Concierge Services; Regeneration, Renewal and Sustainability; and Telecare Services. It is also possible to follow a generic pathway.
