Certificate in Youth Work practice Functional Skills - English, Maths and ICT, Level 1 or equivalent Employer , Rights and Responsibilities You will be required to complete four mandatory units and two out of eight optional units to make a total of 23 credits to achieve the framework, demonstrating competency in the workplace. A variety of assessment methods will be carried out such written evidence, reflective account and observation. You will also need to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of youth work values.
