The course consists of two units: Planning a Kettlebell Exercise Session and Instructing Kettlebell Exercise Session. You will be assessed via a portfolio of evidence and a practical demonstration. The course will be delivered over two days and upon successful completion, learners will have an industry recognised Kettlebell Instructing Qualification accredited through Active IQ
