What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy? Why is it the therapy of choice within the NHS? Where did it originate from? What skills and techniques does it use? This course will introduce you to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT, as it is commonly known. It will show you the origins of the theory, teach you some basic CBT skills and concepts, and show you how CBT is being used and developed within the NHS today.
