Communication. Easy, isn’t it? Second nature to us, surely. In our busy world, we have so many new ways to communicate and yet the art of effective communication seems to be disappearing. Relationships with our team colleagues are more critical than ever and we’re struggling to hear and be heard. This course has been designed to give supervisors and managers some simple but effective tools to help them in a wide range of situations and ultimately get the best out of their relationships with their team members. We welcome anyone on this training who wants to develop positive relationships with colleagues through better communication.
