Indian Cookery - Novices

This is an Indian Cookery course for people with no experience of cooking curries. The course will include a variety of traditional Indian curries and side dishes. You will be guided through different cooking methods including a range of spices and traditional Indian ingredients to produce classic Indian food. Dishes that you prepare will be taken home at the end of each session.
