You do not have to be in teaching or training to be able to do this course. It is an introduction to teaching & training for those who have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent and want to pass on those skills. This introductory qualification will prepare you to teach or train adults in the community, further education or voluntary sectors. It is equally suitable as an introduction to trainers in industry, commerce of HM forces. You do not need to be teaching or training as assessments are by observations and assignments. This course is for those with subject knowledge in a particular field but with little or no experience of teaching or training. All students should have a good level of English and maths. Interview will be required.
