A basic understanding of pottery techniques including pinching, coiling, slab building, hand building and using moulds. All aspects of construction in clay, decorating and glazing. The structure of the course is tutor example, class participation. Mainly practical with demonstrations, guidance and visual aids. No experience required - all levels welcome. Fun relaxed style of teaching Wear old clothes and an apron. Bring anything that will make a mark in clay and a rolling pin. Tools can be acquired as needed for individuals.
