Aerobic exercise section to improve the cardio-vascular system, improve efficiency of burning calories, decreased body fat and decreased blood pressure. Muscular strength and endurance exercises to improve muscles, posture, body shape and bone density. Dance to music. Flexibility exercises to improve range of motion in all joints and muscles, reduce tension in the muscles and to reduce the risk of injury when moving into extended positions. Keep fit for older students to keep the body supple, relax and keep the mind alert. The session is coached throughout to encourage the individual to achieve their optimum level. Alternative fitness levels are accommodated with different exercise intensity levels. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, several layers to peel off as you warm up. Sports trainers with cushioned soles are recommended to protect joints from jolts. All equipment is provided. You may bring your own water, although water is provided by the tutor.
