Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Services (Apprentice Option)

This course is for those who would like to develop their catering skills and learn how to create more complex dishes that will help them gain employment in the hospitality industry. During the course, you will learn how to put theory in to practice as you prepare and serve food and drink to the public at the college's onsite training restaurant 'Graduates' during lunch and evening service. Students are also expected to obtain part time employment to practice their new skills.
