This course links basic craft training and first line supervision giving the opportunity to progress to a supervisory role. There is an emphasis on maintaining quality standards and the overseeing of operations. The course will develop knowledge and skills further, including erecting complex structural components such as trussed rafter roofs and installing first and second fixings.--Our advanced apprenticeships give learners industry recognised qualifications and the practical skills they need to become successful employees in the trade. Throughout the year long apprenticeship, your trainee willdevelop job specific skills whilst working with you and also obtain training at the college. You will need to employ them and they must receive the national minimum wage of 3.30 per hour.
